Help me please. What else i can do?
I am 5'6'' i weight 230 and i only have 16 years, i want to loose weight i´m trying to reduce my meal portions, drinking more water and trying to do some cardio, abs and some push ups ( i only do like 3 or 4 i can´t do more). I get home from the school about 6:30 p.m.(i take tutorials) and i wake up about at 5:00 a.m. Its very hard to do some exercise when i come from school i´m very tired.
What else i can do? I can´t go to Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc. because my grandparents can´t pay it. I am saving money to buy wii fit. Its very annoying going shopping and don´t finding clothes that don´t fit well or look nice. PLEASE!!! be mature with your answers i´m going to depression do to my weight I hate being over weight.
One does not need to join weight watchers to be able to follow the plan. You just have to work a little harder at it. There are 2 links below that will help get you started. The first one is an article that explains how to do WW without joining. The second is a WW reference site that has lots of info including recipes, point lists, articles and points for dining out.
I started WW about 8 months ago. I weighed 230 when I began and now weigh 205. It takes allot of dedication and will power but anyone can do it...it is totally up to you whether you succeed or not.
Be sure to get some exercise. Anything more than what you currently do is a start but your ultimate goal should be to work up a sweat. Try to get in 30 minutes or more 4-5 days a week. It really is pretty easy to find the time once you are truly motivated. Good luck to you!
