Wii Fit???
Can it help me lose weight? I already walk about 2 - 3 and a half miles everyday, do a 25 minute body sculpting exercise and i eat pretty good. How long will i have to use the Wii fit everyday to get results? Also is it really worth it?? What exercises are your favorites?

It helps a little...but you dont get sun while doing it, do you? ive heard ppl sayin they only lost like 4 pounds in a month with wii fit...
