Average price of a new video game in the US, for any console has always been $50 US Dollars + Tax. Some games are higher, but those are only special editions.

I’m willing to be it was a controller malfunction. As for the sunlight thing, I know this to be true. The Wiimote is infrared based, so when sunlight (which is the entire light spectrum) is too strong and crosses the Wiimote, it screws up the controls. Honestly, rain has no effect on the wii other than it getting wet. But then, ALL CONSOLES tend to get screwy when wet.
@AndrewDeLong Yeah, we were inside, not outside, because obviously the controller will felt down, that thing of a light based reviver system, don’t know, but I think the controllers of my friends have something wrong, I have another friends that have the Wii, and can play when outside is raining, so maybe that was just the Wii of my friend, or his controllers, I don’t really know….

Yeah, you’re an idiot. The controllers work on a LIGHT based reviver system. So if your Wiimote were in direct sunlight, then you’d have an argument, but now, you don’t.

I assume you don’t live in the US…or that you don’t know what you speak of with Wii Games. The most I’ve EVER Paid for a Wii title game was $57 + tax, and that was the Metroid Trilogy with the metal case. On average, ALL new games for a console, be it Wii, 360, or PS3, are $50+tax. Truth be told, PS3 games tend to run higher than that sometimes. Do you even know what some Wii games offer? Also, graphics are there to help tell the story of a Game, not take the place of it.
wii has the conduit, madworld, call of duty world at war, cod4, prince of persia, monster hunter, metroid prime, and the grinder. so before you xbox and ps3 fanboys say the wii only has baby games, i’d make sure to do a little reasearch first
