wii i spy spooky mansion 3 spinning plates?

We are trying to get all 3 plates to spin at once. Is there an easy way to do so? This is kids 12 and under trying to get it accomplished, so if there are any hints we would appreciate it! We can get 2 but can't get the 3rd one in time.

A great but, short game.

I alternated between all three. Get one going to the peak, move to another, go back to the first and speed ti back up. Go to the third. Before you can it full speed, you'll have to return to the first two to get them started again.

Keep two running at "success" speed and speed-up the third only while the other two are going fast enough.
