How does the Wii Fit Plus program work?
I don't have a Wii yet, but was thinking of getting one for the Fit program, but I don't know how it works & if it's worth the money.
I would just join a gym or something, but the only gym in my little town is 15 miles away, so that would be a 30 mile drive round trip every day!
I'm only looking to lose about 15-20 pounds and then stay in shape.

Wii Fit is a game for the wii based on a balance board. This balance does not come with the wii but there is a bundle with the Balance Board and Wii Fit.
Wii fit is an add-on of the original Wii Fit, but with more activities
All the games and excercises are based off the Wii Balance Board, where you get to interact with it and practice, Aerobics/Strength/Yoga/Balance and lots more.
It keeps track of your bmi and helps you set your goals.
