wii power adapter 240v

Wii power, 240V or 120V?

I bought my wii in the states but I am spending a few months in South Korea and I brought it along with me. Does anyone know if I can buy a new Korean power cable and plug in my wii without any adverse affects? Or simply use a plug adapter and use my American power cable? Or do I need to track down a power transformer and then use the American power cable?

edit: I guess what I mean is do I have to worry about the 220V system in Korea when I bought a system in a 110V region?
