Opinions pls. Best way to get fit...Wii Fit, pole dancing, nordic walking poles, free weights?
I am perplexed.
I'm 46...lost 80 lbs...yay!
Now I don't know the fastest and best way to get really fit and toned.
I am considering pole dancing for fitness, nordic walking poles, free weights with a walking program or WII fit (which costs more and I'm a bit $ strapped right now).
Ideas? Any other helpful suggestions are appreciated.
I don't just want to keep the weight off...I want to look really fit and toned, as I have lost weight just through walking before, but I was never toned and firm and strong or felt like I had a sexy body if you understand what I mean.

Dancing would be the most fun way and if you like it it sure to keep doing it which will keep it off.
