Which Wii fitness game is the best?
Which Wii game will give you the best workout??
I've been thinking about getting the Your Shape one because it comes with a camera and seems really personalized. but what about the Biggest Loser ones? Or Wii Fit? There is just so much to choose from haha. Which one do you like the best?
I like Wii Fit Plus - because it's fun, can tell you how many calories you have burned, gives you a giant list of possible foods you ate and how many calories you need to burn it off. You can also set a daily goal on how many calories you want to burn off. [30 calories - 455 calories] And you can also make a goal for exercises and what you want to complete every day. There's also a 'My Wii Fit' section. It's where you make your goals and everything. Also, in it, there is a section where you can look in a variety of different things you want to change in your life. There's relax better and get a better night's sleep, lose weight, gain weight, relieve lower back & shoulder pain, and one for overindulgence in food; in which you want to burn off a butt-load of calories.
