wii donkey kong jungle beat

GameCube games work on Wii. How can I save GameCube games on my Wii? I heard you can put a GCN memory card in your Wii, but it damages your Wii, I believe. Is there any way I can save GCN games on Wii without damaging it? I have 'Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat' and I would really like to save the game.
Okay, so I was reading Amazon, and it said that the GCN memory card could get corrupted while in the Wii. Do you recommend any card that doesn't corrupt in the Wii, that is made by Nintendo?
