wii battleship

spoiler alert - I have to objectives, board the leviathan battleship and find the leviathan codes, I went to the valaha to search for the codes but I ran out of energy tanks what do I do? I have all items up to the hyper grapple and I have already killed the first three seeds, a full walk through might also be appreciated
