As long as it doesn't say that it's a high-capacity card (which would only be most of the 4 GB and up ones, not a 2 GB one), you should be okay. That's one of the better brands, too, so I'd feel pretty good about it.
No, you don't need a special card for the Wii. I stuck an old off-brand 512 MB card I've had for twice as long as the Wii has even been out in most of the world in the other day, and it's been working just fine.
