Question about weightloss and health?

I want to..no.. Need to loose 20 pounds. I know diet...exercize, the whole schpeal.

But i want to know... What worked for you?

Any good cardio exercizes?
How about Pilates?
Wii Fit?

I believe dieting is not good for your body at all! You just need to eat the right foods at the right intervals every day & make that part of your lifestyle! Whats the point of doing a diet if things are going to go right back to where they were when you stop the diet. It just puts a lot of strain on your body!!

The reason you cannot lose weight by starving yourself (using a low calorie diet) is because your metabolism will detect any major drop in calories and it will then adjust itself by burning fewer calories each day.

My body fat ranges from 6%-8% & I work out 4 times a week but the key is for me is breaking up my meals and eating smaller portions about 6 times a day! This actually increase your metabolism & your body is going to burn more calories because it knows it going to be fed more frequently!!
