I have the playstation 3 system and some people I know have been telling me about the nintendo wii and the wii fit & wii fit plus that they have. They tell me that they use it every day and it has helped them loose weight as they use it. I would like to know is it tru does this wii fit and fit plus really work as people say because if it does I will go buy both the nintendo wii and wii fix and plus game.
