Nintendo Wii Black Screen Video Outut?

I have a Japanese Modded Wii which was semi-bricked (couldn't access Wii settings) although everything used to work fine. Now, when I switch the console on, all I get is a black screen. The Wii is sending out a signal because my TV displays No Signal when the console is switched off. The Wiimotes don't seem to be able to sync with the console either. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Well you shouldn't mod your wiis because you are just asking for trouble.

The only thing you can do is get a new wii. This is really bad for you because you can't even save your data to an SD card.

Not to mention the fact that you voided your warranty.
